At the end of 2013 the company gave its preference to 2 sorts of coffee — Arabica Galapagos and Arabica Skybury.

ARABICA GALAPAGOS is cultivated on the island San Cristobal, it's the largest island of the archipelago located in the Pacific Ocean to the west from Ecuador. It's the only island of the Galápagos Islands where fresh water is available in profusion. This water is rich in minerals, it helps to maintain humidity level and fertility of the soil. Natural conditions here are considered to be perfect for cultivation of coffee trees of hard bean SBH. High acidity is typical of such beans. As the Galápagos Islands are the national park , the usage of chemicals is strictly forbidden that's why Galapagos coffee is reputed to be organically cultivated.

As the illustration I've decided to choose no less unique bird which mainly lives on the Galápagos Islands , where it is protected by the government. This bird is a blue-footed booby. Blue feet is the pride of the male, females choose males with blue feet. Blue-footed booby is living on fish. These birds hunt fish in the sea: they put wings together and swoop hotheadedly down to the depth of 25 meters.

The second sort of the collection of company VYSOTA is ARABICA SKYBURY. It's one of the new sorts of coffee, bred in Australia. This coffee comes from already famous "Blue mountain", Jamaica. The specific nature of the coffee is a light degree of roasting for keeping authentically unique taste. Skybury has a mild, velvet taste with hints of chocolate and fruit also it has a light shade of wine

The CASSOWARY is a large flightless bird which lives in Australia. According to Guinness world records 2004 cassowary is considered to be the most dangerous bird living on our planet.
